Canon EOS 400D

I've been in and out a couple of electronic shops in Hong Kong, Singapore and Manila since the new Canon EOS 400D was introduced. Should I buy? Should I not? Do I go for it? What?!? I've recently been an advocate of being stingy (ok, frugal) and was debating within myself if it's really worth buying. After some pros and cons, I've decided to get one (hopefully) by end of July and seriously get into photography which I've been dabbling about here and there for almost two years.

Here's a well-written review on the camera.

This is an awesome camera. I have one myself. I love that the Canon EOS 400D has a 10 megapixel CMOS sensor and an integrated cleaning system to prevent dust settling on the sensor. The 9 point auto-focus system is super cool as it helps make the pictures very sharp. The larg 2.5 inch LCD screen is plenty big. Continuous shooting speed is 27 JPEG or 10 RAW images at three frames per second. Plenty fast enough. This is a really good camera and I recommend it.
